Note

1871 address - Kent Street is now called Tabard Street. The surrounding streets were a slum area and was razed to the ground late 1870's to create Tabard Gardens. 101b Kent Street would have been in the S/SE of the gardens.

Note

1881&91 address - W.L. District Road, the W.L. short for West London. West London District Road became West District Road, then just District Road, which in turn (early/mid 1900's), became Fordbridge Road - there's still (Oct 2020) a pub called 'The District Arms'.
The land now occupied by HMP Bronzefield, was the site of the West London District School. The residential school, originally designed for 800 children, was completed in 1872 and served the parishes of St. George Hanover Square and Paddington together with Fulham Union.

Note

Beneficiary - Richard Joseph Penn, son-in-law, husband of daughter, Eliza Jane.
